→不眠傾向はその安全行動の頻度ではなく，知覚される「必要性」（実用性（utility））と関連。
　　また，その知覚される実用性が，unhelpful beliefs，疲労への恐怖と回避，
　　全般性のおよび睡眠特異的な絶望感に関連がみられるという。
